i'm sure that the very many sycophants of various principals would do nothing but obey their masters and continue their slavery unabated. Thr reply by RTI will make no change in the work pattern of teachers. No one wants to get bad name from his principal. otherwise they cannot go home every weekend. The hidden truth about NAVODAYA TEACHERS is that hardly they have any time to update themselves being continuously busy with CLASS-HOURS, REMEDIAL CLASS. SUPERVISION CLASS, HOUSE-MASTERS DUTY, EXTRA-CLASS FOR BOARD STUDENTS AND AT THE END NIGHT-ROLL-CALL AT 10-PM.There are also unit-tests., CCE, Note-book correction and CCAs. SO, where is the time for their own study and updating? Samiti never allow for study-leave also.
There is no change in navodaya schedule because RTI information is false and JNV can not run through this time. our duty is for 24 hours and honb.commissioner is admitted that fact in latter has written to VI pay commission. But we could not do anything because , we do not have recognised union and we can not fight for our dues as pension and duty hour.
मैं अजीत जी से सहमत हूँ आज कोर्ट के द्वारा कही गयी बात हमारे लिए एक अधर का काम कर सकती है पर उसके लिए संगठित होना पड़ेगा पर इस ब्लॉग पर जुड़े लोगों की संख्या देख कर ही पता लगता है की कितने लोगों को नवोदय में रहकर इन सब के लिए समय मिल पाता है
